Acceptance
By using SetSides, you agree to these terms. If you are using SetSides on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.
Your content
You own all content you upload to SetSides. You grant SetSides a limited licence to store and deliver your content for the purpose of operating the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and share any content.
Acceptable use
SetSides is for legitimate casting and production workflows. You may not use SetSides to distribute content you do not have rights to, to harass individuals, or for any unlawful purpose.
Billing and cancellation
Paid plans are billed monthly or per-production. You may cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods.
Limitation of liability
SetSides is provided “as is.” We make no guarantees of uptime. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding any claim.
